URGENT ACTION - LIVES AT STAKE

With the 2015 Legislative Session Quickly Winding Down, What Will You Do To Help Save Lives?

As we give thanks for the historic pro-life bipartisan vote by the New Mexico House of Representatives in favor of  Late-Term Abortion Ban (HB 390) and Parental Notification for Abortion (HB391) (see how your Rep voted), WE MUST ACT NOW LIKE NEVER BEFORE TO GET THESE COMMON SENSE BILLS THROUGH THE SENATE.  PLEASE PLAN THIS WEEK TO TAKE SERIOUS ACTION TO HELP. There is HOPE and victory is in our sights -- for the lives of precious unborn children, the safety of women and protection of our girls is at stake. The abortion-industry lobby is fighting these bills with paid-activists just as hard, if not harder, because of what's at stake for them. 

Passing these Pro-LIFE bills won't become reality without YOUR HELP.  The landscape of New Mexico will not change unless the people of New Mexico stand together and DEMAND our leaders listen to us.  Remember -- our elected officials work for us, they are public servants and their duty is to serve us, the public. Your actions to hold them accountable speaks VOLUMES. 

Consider for a moment, if you came across a room full of a 500 innocent, premature babies who's lives were scheduled to be 'terminated' THIS WEEK. What would you be willing to do to save their lives?  Would you take a day off of work to help rescue them, or take 15 minutes to contact the person who held the power to save their lives?   Would you let others know about  this- so they too can act to help?  Well friends, I am telling you--now is your chance to save these precious, unborn children from a cruel and barbaric death at the hands of late-term abortionists in our state.  Not only can you help rescue these unborn children from elective late-term abortion but you can also help protect our young, vulnerable girls from undergoing a life-changing invasive medical  procedure alone- by demanding abortion doctors at least contact the parent of a young girl seeking abortion. Parents rights matter. Protecting our girls must come before protecting abortion doctors.  And the lives of innocent, unborn viable babies matter. 

Let's take a stand together.

Use These Talking Points to Stay on Message and WE WIN!

1. CONTACT YOUR STATE SENATOR (FIND HERE).  Tell them that as his or her constituent you expect them to "Do whatever necessary to get HB 390 and HB 391 to Senate floor for a full vote. ADDED New language: "This means putting the sanctity of the lives of the unborn and protecting our girls above the sanctity of the committee process.  If a vote of any kind arises, we expect you take a stand to get the bills to a vote in the full Senate and to VOTE YES.  If you take this action you can count on our continued support as our state Senator."

2. START A PHONE AND EMAIL CHAIN: SHARE this information with friends, family, groups, churches, etc. We must multiply our voices- it is a matter of life and death. 

3. ORGANIZE A LOBBY DAY THIS WEEK: carpool with GROUPS, friends, your church, family, etc to visit with your Senator in person in Santa Fe.  Also take the time to visit with Sen. George Munoz, Sen. John Pinto and Sen. Clemente Sanchez.  Let you Senator know you will be monitoring the legislative process on the progress of these bills.
