Why This Election Is Important:

• If Roe v. Wade is overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court, New Mexico could be in a worse position: pro-abortion extremists will pass a state law to keep abortion on demand up to birth and force hospitals to perform abortions across the state.
• If we do not secure a pro-life Governor or state House we will become an unrestrainable pro-abortion state.
• Anti-life organizations and their allies plan to push some of the most extreme measures in the nation at the next legislative session.
• Pro-abortion extremism does not reflect the values of everyday New Mexicans.
• Out-of-state pro-abortion organizations use dark money and resources to influence our elections.
• Some seats will be determined on June 5, 2018 for candidates who are unopposed in November's General Election.
• In 2016, three New Mexico legislative races were decided by less than 100 hundred votes, one candidate won by just ten votes!
