New Mexico, Its Time to Take Back Our State From Pro-Abortion Extremists
Sen. Majority Leader Michael Sanchez (D-Belen) has lined his campaign coffers with abortionists' blood money from their political action committee, "POWER PAC." Michael Sanchez orchestrated the demise of any pro-life legislation in the Senate, two years in a row. He sent the late-term ban to the most extreme, anti-life committee in the state Senate, the Public Affairs Committee. As NMAFL pointed out, this Democrat controlled committee is stacked with pro-abortion extremists-- every single Democrat, like Sanchez, received campaign cash from POWER PAC and voted against late-term abortion legislation.
Extremists in the NM House also voted against a simple measure to protect infants who survive abortions, by ensuring they are provided medical care and nourishment. This is unacceptable. Legislators like Deborah Armstrong (D-Albq), Georgene Louis (D-Albq) and Nick Salazar (D-Espanola) voted to protect abortionists like UNM's Curtis Boyd and UNM's Eve Espey over newborn survivors of abortion, who are fighting for their very lives. It is a SAD reflection of how far to the extreme these out-of touch legislators will go against common sense, humanitarian protections for a NEWBORN BABY. Stay tuned as NMAFL continues to expose who these leaders are, what they are up to and what you can do to vote them out!
POWER PAC FUNDED BY UNM ABORTIONISTS BOYD AND ESPEY
Is it no wonder common sense, pro-life protections are shot down by a handful of fringe, extremist legislators? It is truly outrageous that UNM Associate Clinical Professor and late-term abortionist Curtis Boyd, along with his colleague--abortion activist
and UNM late-term abortion clinic director, Eve Espey partner to fund POWER PAC in order to influence our legislative process and our elections! Read more on the invalid arrangement at NM taxpayer-funded UNM, between notorious late-term abortionist Boyd and UNM late-term abortion clinic director and Dept. Chair Espey here. NMAFL applauds the fact that both Boyd and UNM are now under congressional investigation for questionable practices from harvesting of baby body parts for research to Boyd's compensation and more. Many of these practices taxpayer-funded UNM is required to maintain records of-- AND required to disclose for public inspection, but has yet to do so from NMAFL's public records requests, which is why NMAFL has filed a lawsuit to obtain.
